Bob Guyer is the professor of home inspectors. I don’t know anyone who knows more about home inspection. Bob actually taught home inspection to hundreds of other inspectors. Nobody does it better. His reports are the gold standard. Bob also inspects commercial property. If you want the best, ask Bob to do your inspection.
